It's been a while since I've posted...I blame that on brooke, hee hee hee. But I finally got a little video together of some of the warm up drills that we do. Dennis taught us these drills and when done correctly are a great warm up and can be very cardio intensive. After all, they did come from Dennis a.k.a. Dennis "the man that doesn't get tired because he may not be human" Asche.
The first two drills we would do for three minutes and then switch. On the foot pummels make sure that you bring the pummeling knee high to your chest before replacing it on the hip. The rest of the drills we did 40 repetitions. Of course you could always do more or longer intervals.

This is a really interesting post! I’m throwing an amazing after party in celebration of Brazilian independence day out in NYC on September 4th 2011. Vitacoco water, whose spokespeople are Rihanna and Alex Rodriguez, is sponsoring the party as well as Veev. There’s going to be a two hour open bar with Veev cocktails, and the parties will be at the ultra upscale and luxurious Skyroom Rooftop and Dream Hotel Ava Rooftop. Email me at RedRush.Zack@gmail.com if you’re interested in tickets. It’s going to be the wildest after parties in Manhattan!
